GoogleExcellent Service, Professional, Attentive and Genuinely Helpful Finding a suitable place to call home for 12 months in London, particularly while making arrangements from overseas, can be quite a daunting experience. I was therefore very fortunate to have Lottie Cavill assisting me with my search. From our initial interactions, Lottie was incredibly responsive, attentive and professional. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me secure a lovely apartment that suited my needs for my year in London. What particularly stood out was Lottie's willingness to help and her consistent communication throughout the process. She was always approachable, prompt in responding to my questions, and generous with her advice and guidance. Having someone reliable and knowledgeable to turn to made the entire experience considerably less stressful, especially when navigating the practicalities of securing a tenancy from abroad. I've now settled into my new home in London and am very grateful to Lottie for helping make this transition such a smooth and positive one. It's often the little things, such as a timely response, a helpful suggestion, or simply knowing that someone is looking out for your interests, that make all the difference. Lottie certainly delivered on all these fronts. A well-deserved five stars! Thank you, Lottie, for your patience, professionalism and genuine care. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to rent in central London.

He’s been incredibly helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way and guiding me through the paperwork and guarantor process. Everything is now sorted, and I couldn’t be more excited for my move-in date!

Would not recommend based on our ~12-month tenancy managed by Frank Harris & Co. In the first weeks we had a toilet leak and a ceiling electrical fault that took roughly a month to resolve. This was followed by a mouse infestation (we later found a pre-existing trap hidden under the kitchen units) and, in November, an overheating/burnt fuse on the boiler that posed a fire risk. Mould reported in February was still unresolved when we moved out in July, almost 5 months later. Contractors missed appointments, and updates only came after persistent chasing on our part. We have had multiple property managers with no visible hand offs taking place when people overseeing our case were on annual leave - leading to further delays in resolving issues. Since vacating, we've also faced ongoing delays getting our deposit released - over 5 weeks with no resolution, which has led us to raise formal complaints with both The Property Ombudsman and the TDS.

GoogleI have always received an excellent service from Frank Harris who are managing agents for my flat. The relationship is managed by Nicole who is a delight to deal with, sensible and responsive and I feel my flat is in safe hands under her care. The team is always fully on top of all relevant deadlines, gives a responsive service and when I have sought advice about the market and my options have always given me good advice. They've also found me good tenants, and in part I attribute this to the personalised service I get from them.
