GoogleI would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience as a tenant. Throughout my tenancy, I found communication to be slow and, at times, obstructive. Maintenance issues were not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, with some taking several months to resolve. On multiple occasions during the winter period, I was left without heating or hot water, which caused significant inconvenience. As I am now leaving the property, I have also experienced attempts to apply charges that I believe are not in line with current regulations. Overall, I found the service to fall below expected professional standards, particularly in relation to responsiveness, maintenance, and tenant support

GoogleHad a great experience letting an apartment with Joe O'Regan yesterday! The viewing was excellent and he was able to answer all the questions I had about the apartment. We decided to rent the property and he has been really helpful in getting all of our documents sorted within a day of viewing the flat!

GoogleSuccessfully rented a London Flat, thanks to Yasmin and the team here! After seeing dozens of flats, Yas was the most responsive agent and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made the process seamless, from search to signing. When we wanted to view the flat a second time to confirm a few questions, Yas and her colleagues easily arranged. As a renter, you’ll be well-taken care of going thru this agency!

GoogleWhile the leasing team is great, the maintenance team cannot seem to get it together. We moved in only three months ago into a Frank Harris-managed property, and we've already had a slew of maintenance issues. The property managers do not appear to be trained sufficiently to handle even the most basic of maintenance issues. We had open electrical socket, broken blinds, malfunctioning shower heater, fallen plaster, and other more minor issues. The only fast turn-around was for a clogged sink. We have been very patient but our patience has run out after nearly 100 emails back and forth with them. We are going on days without the ability to have a hot shower.

Adam was excellent, he guided me through my first flat purchase and went above and beyond as an intermediary, particularly when dealing with difficult solicitors. I found Frank Harris to be highly professional and transparent throughout the process. Although the sale took longer than expected, Adam remained extremely responsive and kept me well informed at every stage. Thanks again for all of your efforts!!

GoogleJoe has been such a great help at Frank and Harris. When we came to him last minute he was very empathetic and supportive to the point that he finalised our agreement outside of office hours just to give us some peace of mind and accommodate for issues that weren’t his from our side. Definitely recommend Frank and Harris and if you want to be certain the job will be done asap ask for Joe.
