I can't recommend this agency enough. We were greeted at a property viewing by Rebecca, who was extremely friendly and genuine, but also informative. She was punctual and had in depth knowledge of the apartment but also of the local area which we found to be useful. Not all of our tenants could make the initial property viewing and Rebecca happily arranged two more viewings for us at short notice which was really helpful to us as well. Finding a property in London can be a daunting task but Rebecca/the team at Frank Harris have made it a far more enjoyable process.

As a student in London, I approached City Docklands to help me and my friends find a nice, affordable 3 bedroom flat, and they did just that and more! Having been a Landlord in the area with one of Frank Harris' competitors for a number of years, I was fairly hesitant to use anyone else. After meeting Edward Rapley, the manager of the Frank Harris off in Marchmont St, I felt like it was worth seeing what service could be offered by him due to his seemingly honest and friendly nature. I was impressed. Not only did Edward communicate with me throughout the process, but he clearly had my best interests at heart (rather than his own like the average agent I have dealt with). I would strongly recommend any Landlord, who has a similar story to me, to contact Frank Harris (and Edward in particular), they are a great outfit.

Agent was a no show: Fifteen minutes past our appointment for a viewing, I called and the agent claimed that she thought she had showed the flat to me earlier. Maybe it's possible to mix up two flat seekers (in which case, that's an issue that could have been easily avoided and needs to be fixed) but then the agent claimed that anyway, we had rescheduled our appointment for later that evening. Lesson: If you're going to lie, pick one excuse and stick to it.

Matt was one of 3 agents that we asked to give us a price on the property with a view to selling it for us. We built an immediate rapport with him and even though his wasn't the highest selling price we trusted his judgement. It was a difficult time for us as the property was being sold because my in laws had passed away. Matt showed compassion which was much appreciated and gave us lots of reassurance. He kept in contact with us and we built a very good working relationship. He was very professional but also friendly and approachable. He also went the extra mile giving advice when we were waiting for answers from the council and dealing with both parties solicitors, which helped to speed up the final sale. We were very impressed with him and would recommend him to others.
