Looking for a place in London, moving from Brighton during the pandemic is quite an unusual experience, though Lorenzo in the Barbican and City office has been very helpful and friendly, and kept us informed of best options (we have a dog to suit, also). He has known or found out all necessary info about freeholders / lease lengths etc quickly. We still haven’t made a decision and continue to look, though he has been supportive through the process and been conscious of our specific requirements.

My family and I are considering buying a property in London. Frank Harris has been very accommodating to our needs! Seeing as it's our first time doing this, Lorenzo has been extremely helpful and available in answering any questions that we have regarding our flat hunt and any other queries. He has also provided us with some great suggestions!

I have been looking for a property for my boss to buy and have had a couple of viewings handled by this agent. Although all the staff were very helpful, Lorenzo was particularly good with his follow-up calls. Sometimes agents can be pushy. Not so Frank Harris.

GoogleI spoke to Lucia Giurini today in the lettings department as I needed to obtain a previous landlord reference (I run a referencing business), she was extremely helpful. There was a problem with the telephone line and she went out of her way to help me by calling me back from her personal phone and then solving my problem. If this is the sort of service she provides for a non-fee paying customer it shows that service is extremely important to her and the company. Really impressed.

GoogleWe received a notice to vacate at our old place with another agency because the landlord decided to sell the property. Franck Harris, through Nick, were quick to respond to our request for a viewing, as we were running short of time to find a new place. During the viewing he answered all our questions and additionally gave some advice to secure the property. We followed his advice and had a positive response from the owner within a day. I am thankful for his support and that he really helped us in such a difficult situation to run this smoothly. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI've been using Frank Harris to find tenants for my flat since 2002. They've always found top rate tenants in double quick time and many have stayed for two or three years. Neil and Ben have just found yet another good tenant for me so I'm looking forward to more of the same. Rob Joyce and his team in the FH management department are very good too, ideal for me, living out of London now, they do a great job looking after the place and sorting out problems without any fuss.
