A seamless service from start to finish from Alison at Frank Harris estate agents. We came to sell our investment property in Bloomsbury and invited three local estate agents to provide a valuation and tell us about their service. After some thought, we opted for Frank Harris estate agents. A steady stream of quality viewings lead to a proceedable offer which was at a higher level than the other two agents suggested as the asking price. The sale process was completed in a little over ten weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Alison Battrick and the sales team at Frank Harris, Bloomsbury, did a brilliant job of selling our properties. A third of the way through the sales the pandemic struck and we went into lockdown. With the altered economic climate we were very concerned that the sales may not go through. We were very fortunate however to be in the capable hands of Alison who was unflappable and navigated us confidently through to the finish. She was a realistic and fair negotiator; always returned our calls, kept us updated throughout, was reassuring and generally very helpful.We have dealt with Frank Harris in Bloombsbury over decades now and have found them to be realistic in their pricing, reliable and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI have used Frank Harris once before to find me a flat and found them to be professional throughout. It was for this reason that I opted to use them again when I needed to relocate to South Bank.
My expectations then were understandably high this time around. I was very surprised therefore to find my expectations not just met but exceeded. In spades.
Nicole (Forgive me but I can't recall her surname) was a real pleasure to work with from the start. Highly professional yet friendly, knowledgeable of the local area, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with finding me exactly what I was looking for, explaning the process and asking me relevant questions but without bombarding me.
She found me exactly what I was looking for almost immediately and although the viewing was online it seemed no trouble at all for her to put up with my lack of IT skills and virtually walked me through the walk through.
A thoroughly straightforward and, dare I say, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
I couldn't recommend Nicole highly enough, she's a genuine asset to your company.

We found Lorenzo to be straightforward, honest and well-informed about the property we viewed and other options that might suit us locally. Also - a miracle- when we got into the property it looked like the photos online and video provided! Which sounds flippant, but the number of times we have had our time wasted by misleading pictures and info and been disappointed on a physical viewing I honestly couldn’t tell you.
