Lorenzo was an absolute star to work with and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Barbican Estate. While we settled on a property with another agent, we only wish it could have been Lorenzo who sold it to us!

Tina and Lorenzo provided an excellent service throughout, from the moment of initial contact. They were always very responsive, and proactively updated me on what was going on.A initial approach to marketing my property was developed before being discussed and agreed, and then implemented in line with that plan. This was all done during COVID restrictions which clearly didn’t help.As is not uncommon the prospective purchaser caused a number of issues. The team provided a balanced consideration of how to react to these. This counsel was highly valued, an went a long way to mitigate my ire.The service I received was excellent and I would happily recommend them.

Tina and Lorenzo have been absolutely amazing. They have been responsive, efficient, knowledgable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They know the Barbican intimately and are 'go to' agents for any purchase there. What they don't know is not worth knowing. They are also very decent, kind and fun and are excellent negotiators. If we were selling they would be our number one choice. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have moved into my flat in the Barbican. While the processes to get was painful - the outstanding support from Jamie Charlton really helped. He was helpful right from the beginning in arranging all the viewings and second viewings, and through the whole process. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and expertise.

Lorenzo was a real pleasure to deal with at Frank Harris. Although I wasn't able to get my first Barbican purchase over the line this time, he helped me understand the Estate and I think brought the vendors as close as possible to a deal. He was transparent, polite, and just a pleasure to correspond with. I'll be coming back to him next time I'm looking.

His knowledge of the estate is brilliant and he was always honest and open with us about the properties he showed us and had great advice and was attentive to our needs and ambitions, without ever being unrealistic. Equally he was always clear about the vendor’s expectations so that we always knew the reality of the situation. Lorenzo is a first class agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

Over the past 15 years Frank Harris have consummately let and managed up to a dozen flats for us in Bloomsbury, with patience, prudence, pragmatism and ever an eye on the bottom line. Neil and his team are swift to flag any changes in legislation, to spot any potential anomalies and are timely and cheerful in their communications. During their tenure Lucia and her colleagues have, without exception, sourced good tenants from all over and of all ages and persuasions. Of equal importance to us is their responsiveness to daily maintenance issues arising at our characterful though sometimes challenging property: always calm, always reassuring, they have a trusted team of contractors to hand. I am delighted to recommend them wholeheartedly to landlords and tenants alike.
