GoogleAgent wasn't very helpful at all and quite rude. Arrived late for our viewing and had almost no information on the property. Also kept threatening to release property back into market just to catch up on the ridiculous amount of forms to do... not student friendly or friendly at all from my experience
Edit: - issue was discussed and compromised, not the best start but at least a part of the team has taken the time to check up

GoogleCity Docklands has been by far the best estate angecy I have comes across in the 4 years I have lived in London. My partner and I were looking for a flat in Berdmonsey area and Samantha took such good care of us. All viewings and appointments were arranged smoothly (and keeping our schedules in mind), and the paperwork and references were processed in the blink of an eye. Not sure if that's the agency culture or just Samantha being incredibly professional and personable. She turned what usually is a pretty stressful experience into a walk in the park. Would definitly recommend City Docklands.

Everything from keeping schedule and helping with negotiations through to being available to follow up on answering questions on legal parameters for lettings. You wont go wrong asking for her when you are looking for a flat and would even go as far as saying that you should just go talk to her and see what flats she has on offer before you go deal with other companies.
