GoogleThis was my first time needing to deal with estate agents and it was a great experience with Frank Harris. Jamie Charlton help me along the way so much, he was able to explain to me how things work as I’m not very familiar with how the housing process in Uk works at the very beginning. At the same time, very responsible and engaging, and I feel like you never really need to worry too much when you are working with them. The area that they cover isn’t so big, so they know what they’re doing very clearly and you don’t get thrown between agents. Some other companies I’ve worked with I have gotten approached by several agents which are good and bad at the same time because alone the way you might fine the right agent for you, however, sometimes communication get lost and you would have to explain yourself to the same company over and over again.  If you are trying to find properties in the area that they cover, they work really well into showing you what you want because they don’t try to push you to get something that is over your budget or things that is completely out of your rangeIf you are or into the categories that you’re not looking for. At least in my experience with Jamie he was very sure on the unites he showed me, it was enough in variety, yet most of them fulfilling a decent amount of my boxes (which pretty much all agencies (frank harries included) have told me at the very start that would be quite difficult to fulfils all).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving bought and sold a few properties in London over the past decade (and therefore viewed many in our searches) I have met many estate agents. Lorenzo stood out as one of the best experiences we have had and I felt compelled to write as I often think we don’t when things are great - and we should. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the Barbican and property market were exceptional. He listened courteously and responded to all of our questions in detail, and signpost us to resources. What we particularly liked was the overview of the estate he offered, we could really visualise ourselves there. He did not patronise and we felt he treated us no differently from clients looking with higher budgets.

GoogleThe staff here are truly very helpful and especially knowledgable about the Barbican. My general experience of letting/estate agencies (as I'm sure is the case for everyone) is average to poor at best. But the team at this branch of Frank Harris were wonderful, informative, listened to our needs, responding sensitively, and they aren't at all pushy. I have to single out Charlotte Rule for special praise. She helped us find one of the best flats in the Barbican (and, I might say, one of the best in London). Thanks to her, we've spent two very happy years letting from an equally delightful landlord. A real and very rare gem of a renting experience. I high bar for others to meet. My only regret is having to leave this flat due to a change in circumstanes. I shall miss everything about it. I met Mitchell Max to view 3 properties and was given an excellent tour of the buildings with commentary about what life is like as a resident and all the amazing extra features and perks. GoogleChris was very proactive and responsive. He managed to sort out the tenancy quickly and efficiently. Jay, our property manager, is also very responsive! We have had to get a couple of things fixed during our tenancy and Jay always responds to our emails quickly and deals with the issues efficiently.

GoogleJay Smith from the Property Management Department has been excellent in handling a very stressful situation regarding the end of tenancy of my flat. Having been a tenant with Frank Harris Bloomsbury for two years, I have found a huge change in the communication and the handling of matters with some of the agents being rude and unable to respond to emails regarding important issues. However, Jay has been very professional from start to finish and was able to get the situation under control and sorted, unlike other members of the team who failed or in my opinion just could not be bothered to sort the issues out. Therefore, I am very thankful that Jay took control of the situation and handled it in a very efficient and professional way as I do not know how the situation would have turned out if Jay Smith never took over. Thank you Jay for all your help and advice over the past few months the 5 stars I have given in this review are for all your hard work and efforts, I really do appreciate it.
