Find me a perfect Letting Managing Agency

the management is terrible. The staff are aloof and have no consideration regarding landlords. When contractors had to carry out maintenence jobs I was not sent 2 estimates or quotations and I was overcharged. At the end of tenancy I could not claim damages and although the tenant agreed to pay for damages I was not refunded . The Check out Firm provided by Frank Harris but paid by me did not deliver the utilities readings which I had to do it myself and sent them to Frank Harris for the tenant to settle the account.

Absolutely awful - do not make the mistake of renting via this agent! The 5 star reviews are fake (multiple reviews from the same 'people', many fake positive reviews immediately after any negative review etc.). Illegal clauses were incorporated into our contract and when challenged, the agents were incredibly defensive and rude. I honestly couldn't believe the way that they were speaking to their own customers! Ryan Morgan inparticular was extremely unprofessional and argumentative, regularly stating that he was fed up of going back and forth on email and that he wasn't going to bother responding to any future emails (obviously in an attempt to have everything agreed via call rather than email so there was no record of the conversations that had taken place). Ryan also made references to my workplace, stating that many other people who worked in my building had signed the contract therefore he couldn't understand why I wouldn't sign it. I found this very unprofessional and concerning from a data protection point of view. Ryan also put an undue amount of pressure on us to sign the contract within less than 12 hours which is absurd because the purpose of a contract is to ensure that both parties are in agreement with the terms and thus each party has the right to negotiate.NegativeProfessionalism
