GoogleCunning and untrustworthy. We were 3 students on a budget that found a nice place. Agency seemed genuine until it came to making an offer. We were immediately told to up the price because of the other "offer" that was higher. We went up to the asking price and then were told we would definitely secure for £50 over the asking price. We were unsure about this and got two very contradicting explanations, first we were told it was purely for the landlords mortgage. Then we got passed on to Ryan the director and he told us we would be saving thousands of pounds IF there was a housing market inflation. After speaking to a mortgage advisor, they explained thats not how it works. We expressed we weren't interested and we needed more time and all of sudden the "other" offer could wait till we made our decision. We ended with declining the offer, yet still the property is up with the same asking price. For any first time renters/buyers there are better agencies that will cater to your needs.NegativeQuality, Value

GoogleOur property is managed by City Docklands and we have had such an amazing experience with them that I wanted to leave a review. Any time we have had an issue with the flat, the team have dealt with it so quickly and without any difficulty at all. Last weekend our boiler was leaking carbon monoxide and City Docklands were straight on the case, arranging to have our boiler serviced the very next day. Rosie Horton in particular has been amazing, she is so friendly and always ready to help. It's so rare to find such a proactive and helpful managing agent in London that it makes us never want to leave this flat! Thank you so much Rosie and the rest of the CD team.

GoogleCity Docklands managed the renting process for our flat. We moved to the flat in August this year and started exploring in early June. Daniel was very adjusting and professional, and managed to arrange a quick viewing on a very short notice. This wasn’t easy due to the pandemic but he was able to still arrange it. We liked the flat and are loving our stay. The negotiation process, the rent agreement happened very smoothly and in an efficient manner. Good job! GoogleI have moved quite a few times and used several letting agencies and I've had by far the best experience with City Docklands. I was very interested in a property and Mark helped me get it. He gave me great advice on an offer to put in and answered all of my questions (which were many!). When emailing back and forth, he responded to me right away and even allowed my friend to view the property in person with him, as I was out of the country. Thanks to him, I was able to secure the flat and get a really good rate. I highly recommend City Docklands and look forward to working with them in the future.
