Not a good experience. The person I enquired about letting my flat through them was insisting that I lower the rental price to low levels and if I didn't he wasn't willing to market my flat. Well I definitely didn't lower my flat rental price as he suggested but a little bit lower through another agent and my flat was rented in a few days. Obviously, he didn't know the market as well as he thought he did and I am glad I didn't market my flat at the ridiculous price they insisted I did.

We worked with Lucia, who made great efforts to ensure we were shown a property on very short notice that we liked, although it was both tenanted and on a weekend, and also was great in communicating additional information and guiding us through the process. She was responsive, kind and not at all brisk or pushy as we found some other agents to be.
