I used Frank Harris for finding a flat at Barbican twice over the span of two years, and their service has been always great and responsive. After Rob Sayers' departure, Charlotte in particular helped me with the new house finding this time, and she was attentive and responsive re: paper work and the process and helped me correct the issue, which was a huge help for me as I was juggling multiple things alone (work, business, family, etc.) at the same time while looking for a new flat + a house move (although, I managed to find my own movers) in the midst of the pandemic. Jay Smith also helped me with the move-out paper work and he has been very responsive and went above and beyond to sort out the deposit transaction (coming to an agreement with the landlord) after my move. Over the years, I've bought and sold several times in the Barbican through Frank Harris & Co and their service has always been excellent, under the stewardship of Tina Evans. Our latest transaction was led by her highly professional sales team manager Jamie Charlton, with support from Lorenzo Ronconi, and once again their service was first class. Against the background of the pandemic, Jamie & Co were consistently committed and enthusiastic, and proved to be great communicators, always keeping us up to date with developments. He and Lorenzo are great ambassadors for the company, going the extra mile when necessary, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

I’ve been looking on the market for quite some time, and viewed a fair amount of properties in the area with other agents. After finding the online search pretty endless, I decided to get in-touch with FH&C. I was put through to Chris, who was incredibly polite, helpful, honest, and responsive to my queries. I went along to view a property with Chris. Chris was wearing PPE, which is very important during the pandemic. It made us feel very comfortable, and it reassured us that Chris was taking care of us. Trusted Barbican expert with great energy

Was looking to sell a Barbican flat and advised by Jamie and Lorenzo.
