We have had very good advice from Ryan regarding reletting, Ronnie has worked his socks off to get good tenants for us, particularly because the public hallways are in need of upgrading and thus off-putting to potential new tenants. We have ended up with a long term contract, which is great. The team have managed both finding new tenants and also organising aspects like repainting the flat and other remedial work on one or two things, making the whole organisation much easier for us.
