Ronni, Joe and Ryan have all worked tirelessly to find me the best tenants and the best rent. Ronni especially has worked around my commitments to keep me informed and keep the whole process on track. Looking forward to getting the tenants in next month.

We have had an amazing experience with Ronni! He has helped us find an apartment perfect for us and has been helping a lot with the reference process. I've been in contact with him on a daily basis, he is not only very helpful, but friendly and reassuring. One of the best experiences I've had so far with Real Estate agencies in the UK. Would definitely recommend.

Frank Harris are outright lying to their clients, both; buyers and sellers. What they cannot handle is an educated client. Avoid, if you possibly can.

Sneaky and Greedy

This company is operated mainly by telephone which means that they don't provide evidence in email form when they make false promises. Things take months to fix or go to the whole tennany without being fixed and then they'll try to charge you for them. They make promises to new tenants which they don't keep. Tried to charge us for repairs the new tenants are paid for. Terrible company greedy sneaky raise the rent by £1000 when we should've had the option to extend at the current rate.

I went for viewing a property and that’s when I met Charlotte. She was very friendly and approachable and made the process very smooth. I remember she wasn’t available that day but still went out of her way to show us the property. Excellent service and lovely meeting you Charlotte. Hope we cross paths again :)
