TrustpilotUnprofessional and unsafe experience, not recommended
We are a professional family with two young children and signed a 3-year tenancy through Frank Harris. From the very first day, the property was not cleaned properly, dirt and damage under the fridge (see photos) and a broken bin left in place. Soon after moving in, we discovered mold on the ceilings, pest infestations, and a faulty lock on the front door.

GoogleAfter numerous dealings with various estate agents in the past months, Frank Harris & Co have stood out as the most professional team, guiding the process with knowledge and insight, at the same time as relating to all queries with understanding, patience and humanity. They don't use the sadly common pressure tactics to handle their business, and this makes them so much more pleasant to deal with, and much more trustworthy. Reagan and Nicole were both outstanding. I have no doubt which estate agent I'd like to do business with in the future. Thank you for everything.
