GoogleAs a first time flat finder in London, I am so fortunate to have Lottie and Phoebe to help me in find a nice accommodation for my uni study. They are nice, professional and flexible in arranging viewings, even one after working hours. Lottie responses my enquiries quickly and knows the area well. I would strongly recommend them!

He only showed us options that suited our needs and were in line with our discussions, was always accommodating with viewings, and never pushy. GoogleAs a professional family with two young children, we expected a safe and clean home. Instead, we moved into an unclean property (see photo), with mold on ceilings, pests, and broken fixtures and months later many issues are still unresolved despite repeated emails and visits.

GoogleMoved through a rental process with the team, put in an offer for an apartment and got ghosted. Called, emailed, texted and no response. Absolutely bizarre considering they pushed and pushed us to make an offer and we turned down another place. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
