GoogleWARNING, Owners- Do NOT under any circumstances trust these people with your property, and tenants- do NOT rent a property managed by this agency if you can at all help it. These guys gave us one of the worst years of our lives. From lying about reporting issues to our land lord, to refusing to pay for emergency accommodation when all water was switched off to our apartment. They will prey on renters who they think are desperate to secure a property in the London market. They’ll pressure you to sign leases you’re not comfortable with and don’t understand, in order to lock you in to tenancies they assure you you can get out of if need be. You will never speak to the same agent twice,you will report issues that need fixing, which will go ignored until your apartment is deemed uninhabitable, but they will refuse to compensate you for this. If we were planning to settle in the UK we would’ve sued these guys, but found it easier to walk away and never have dealings with them again. Be very very careful if renting from these utter sharks.

She was kind, immensely patient, and constantly reassured me, even when things got tense. I truly felt like she had my back and did everything she could to protect my interests until the issue was solved. I'm genuinely thankful for her support and I highly recommend her

GoogleOutstanding duty of care from Salvator at Frank Harris, I’d give an extra star if I could. What stood out most was his patience and professionalism, especially as I have a speech impediment. He took the time to listen, provided detailed and in-depth information about the properties and costs, and went far beyond the surface-level explanations I’ve had elsewhere. He came across as highly experienced, and when someone excels so clearly in their craft, it truly deserves to be recognised.

GoogleI have been working with Frank Harris for several years now and have always found the team friendly, helpful and approachable. I have had direct contact and support with my properties from Salvator, I hope I have the spelling right, whose special skill was making sure my cat did not escape or get trapped in cupboards during viewings 😅 I have also worked closely with Ronni and Denny, who have both been great. All the staff are welcoming and professional, which has made the experience consistently positive. Thanks guys

GoogleInitially before moving Frank Harris were great but once we were tenants they were awful. At the end of the contract after having so many issues unsorted they told us it was our fault for not contacting the property ombudsman over the issues and for “giving them the benefit of the doubt” rather than them holding any accountability. Any issue was ignored and when they would inspect the property a different agent would take pictures and that would be the end of it, never passed on or held on any record. Constantly being blamed for any issue, we raised everything with them by email/photos but when it came to check out all of our previous issues even from the very start of the tenancy were blamed on us. When we moved in there were cupboards full of the previous tenants belongings including mouldy curtains. The ones hung up were stained with brown marks all over, which they said the landlord wouldn’t replace however they tried to charge us for the same issue at the end of tenancy. The toilet looked like a dive bar urinal and the property had rotten doors, dirty walls and heavily stained carpet, all of which they tried to add charges for. We had a mould problem for our entire tenancy across multiple rooms, including an entire door frame from the start of the 2 year tenancy and when they did a 10 minute inspection we were blamed for the mould by us having our curtains and windows closed for the duration of the 10 minute inspection despite an independent contractor putting the mould issue down to a leak in the ceiling which they were only interested in as new tenants were shocked by it on viewings. Every time we contacted them they’d just ask for photos so we’d end up sending every agent the same photos which is utterly mindless. They also took months after the tenancy ending to give us confirmation of deductions, let alone actually getting the deposit back after us having to contact them repeatedly, by the end of dealing with Frank Harris we were happy with the reductions just to be rid of them as they were so rude.

As a local property viewer I was very impressed, Shams articulated himself very well, and he seems very knowledgeable when we were reviewing the properties. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone interested !

GoogleJasmine was fantastic to work with during our flat hunt! We came across some really difficult estate agents from other companies, but Jasmine was the complete opposite, she listened to us, understood exactly what we were looking for, and wasn’t pushy at all. She worked around our schedules, respecting that we both have jobs and can’t attend viewings in the middle of the day. I can’t recommend her enough!

GoogleDuring a not-very-straightforward property sale and purchase, Mark Hillary at Frank Harris showed just the right combination of support and knowing when to step back. Willing to answer any questions and resolve problems he was always calm and firm in his responses. I’d highly recommend Frank Harris for property purchase in the Barbican, and Mark in particular.
