GoogleExcellent service from Fenn Wright, in particular Cameron and also Laura in sales progression. Cameron managed to secure a buyer for my flat within a matter of days and even before the marketing photos were taken and under difficult circumstances too as the flat is currently undergoing cladding replacement and I expected securing a buyer would prove difficult, however Cameron and Fenn Wright exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through Fenn wright estate agents in Chelmsford . From start to finish they were all refreshingly helpful, professional and worked hard to find us the property that we were looking for . Once we had found a property we were handed over to another team who made sure that the sale went smoothly. Hannah Potter from this team was amazing. She contacted our solicitor regularly and kept us in the loop via email and phone. The sale went through very quickly and I have no hesitation in saying it was because of the hard work and knowledge of all the team , especially Hannah. Thanks guys

GoogleWe've just exchanged on a 2 bedroom flat in the Marconi Development in Chelmsford and the service that we've received from Fenn Wright has been excellent. The sale was made by Cameron Eade who was just amazing. From the first contact he's been so helpful. He arranged all the viewings and then kept in touch with us with feedback and you always felt that he was doing his best for us. We're so pleased that the sale finally went through after all his hard work as he deserves this. Hannah Potter has also been amazing at keeping in touch with us since the offer on the flat was accepted. She's been extremely helpful at keeping us up to date with what is going on throughout the whole process right up until exchange and easy to get hold of by email or on the phone with messages responded to almost immediately. If I had another property to sell I would definitely use Fenn Wright and have been so impressed with the incredible service which although friendly and helpful has also been extremely professional. I can't fault anything and would like to thank everyone involved in making this process as easy as it could be.

GoogleVery professional and attentive estate agent and also great customer care from Mr. Scott Cracknell, who arranged viewings quickly and was able to accommodate our timings and availability. He made some great recommendations regarding mortgage broker and setting up appointments. He also managed to secure the lovely flat for us and he is a credit to Fenn Wright index. Would trust him to manage our future tenancies for sure! We’d highly recommend to anyone! As a first time buyer in the beautiful city in Chelmsford this was greatly appreciated! Michelle and Nathaniel were extremely helpful and assisted us in a quick and professional manner. They were both super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Moving houses can be very stressful but lettings team at Fenn Wright Chelmsford have done an amazing job on making this process easier for us!

GoogleI had my property up for sale for 4 months with a different agent. Although we had plenty of views we didn’t get the offer we wanted. Cameron was extremely helpful and totally understood what we wanted. The house was put on with Fenn Wright and we had an offer from the first couple to view. Any problems we’ve had with the buyers solicitors were quickly resolved by Cameron. I can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleTold our landlord that she needs to charge just £200 a month extra to which we couldn’t afford so we were given a section 21 and told if we stay any longer then our contract date that we have pay the £200 extra as she was trying to sell the flat now we have just been slapped in the face and seen it’s no longer for sale and up for rent! The bully and treatment is crazy! We were pretty much forced at the time to have people come and visit even when I was really sick and told the landlady we refused entry when in fact they turned up without an appointment. Avoid like the plague. I’ll never deal with fenn wright again!

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our new home with the support of Steve L, this man has to be by far the most proactive estate agent I have ever worked with! Steve went above and beyond on numerous occasions giving us advise when we thought everything was going to fall apart to get us back on target, then chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving smoothly toward the end. He has a perfect balance of maintaining communictaion between everyone involved. We would not now be sitting in our dream home if it had not been for the efforts of this absolute asset to Fenn Wright.

GoogleI received a brilliant service from these guys, a special mention to Phil Lay-Flurrie and Kelsey Stein. These guys were so efficient from start to finish and at no time did I need to contact them for an update. The viewing schedules were clear and well communicated and we always got feedback from those viewings, even if they were negative. Once sale agreed they still maintained regular interaction around the progress of the sale through emails and phone calls, and they were always up to date with their information. You felt they were always working with you and not just for the sale. I would have no hesitation using these guys again.

GoogleMy wife and I recently sold our home in Colchester via Fenn Wright. When selecting which local Estate Agency to use, we carefully vetted three local companies to ensure that our interests would be best served. Our initial contact with Fenn Wright was with 'Jonathan Perry' from their 'signature properties' team who instantly impressed us with his many years of local estate agency knowledge and a highly professional yet very personable approach. On meeting Jonathan he set a very high bar, which the others two companies couldn't quite match. We went on to list the property in March 22 and secured a sale very quickly. Thereafter we then found ourselves on the open market as a potential buyers opposed to vendors. At this juncture we registered with various agencies seeking a fairly specific type of property. Our search frequently led us back to Fenn Wright in Colchester where we were once again acquainted with Jonathan Perry and also the Branch Partner Phil Lay-Flurrie. Once again, it has to be said that both Jonathan and Phil and the extended team (for that matter) were great to deal with, offering us a series of potentially suitable properties to consider over the course of the next three / four months. I am delighted to say, that with the expert guidance of Phil Lay-Flurrie we secured a purchase via Fenn Wright Colchester and are now in the process of renovating a fantastic new home in a great location in the Colne Valley. We can't thank the guys at Fenn Wright enough for their highly professional and valued guidance throughout all transactional aspects of our initial sale, and thereafter purchase. Special thank you to Phil and Jonathan - two highly knowledgeable and impressive individuals who both went above and beyond to offer great insight based on local knowledge and up to date market intelligence.
