GoogleWe had a really positive experience with David and the team. They were always really polite and professional and would get back to us when they said they would, and ultimately they helped us sell our house! Having previously marketed our house elsewhere, I can assure you this is not always the case. I am not one to normally bother leaving reviews, but I felt the team went above and beyond so thank you!

The service we have received from Fenn Wright has been second to none. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and can't do enough to help. We had some difficulties with our purchase as there were some hurdles to overcome but Kirsty King supported us every step of the way and did all she could to get our purchase over the line. We cannot recommended fenn wright more highly, we found a house before ours was on the market and Phil did all he could to sell our home to the get the house we could see so much potential in. He communicated with us regularly, gave advice and overall just fantastic. I’d never rented with them before and after my experience with the Colchester branch I certainly. After what I can only call blackmail tactics to force our rent up well above the rate of inflation and a refusal to return us to a yearly contract. Having been called a good tenant they refused to give us a reference when we wanted to move because of frankly despicable behaviour. We never had issues like this wort the previous agents.
