Although it was my first time making a contract in London, I could deal with it quite easily, thanks to Kimberley's wonderful and reliable assistance. I haven't encountered any issues with this property so far. Perfectly Trustworthy agency!!

Thanks to her, I was able to find a comfortable, well-maintained flat in Battersea at a reasonable price. Additionally, I'm quite fond of the colors and design aesthetics of Eden Harper agency. I highly recommend this agency.

GoogleMy 3rd time using Eden Harper and they just get better and better. They secured replacement tenants with just over 3weeks notice and made the whole experience seamless. Incredible really! GoogleHaving been in the property sector for 15 years now I have had my fair share of experiences with agents good and bad. Eden Harper have long been a favorite, whilst others in the industry focus on commission & sales figures and will throw out unrealistic numbers to gain listings EH actually understand the long term value in providing a realistic, client focused fair service and I cannot speak highly enough for Richard, Elizabeth and Vanesa in the Brixton office. Pop in and see them for a chat you will not regret it.

GoogleWe had a horrible experience with Eden Harper. We rented a house with them and they did not meet the conditions we agreed in the contract. This caused a lot of troubles that resulted in them firing someone from their team. Months later the owner of the flat decided to sell the house and Eden Harper in order to make the best deal they were harassing us to leave the house so they could sell it with no tenants. They continuously thread us saying that we were not in our rights to stay in the house after the 1st eviction notice but we did not have a place to move. In summary, bad communication and a terrible experience that ended up as a nightmare. We never got compensated for all the troubles we went thought even after they admitted it was their fault

My process was a bit slow due to the involvement of a Housing Association but Patrick was always very supportive and he was on top of things. Tyra and Barbara helped as well with showing the property and they were always ready and available to speak to me. I would definitely call them for my next move.

GoogleI rented my flat in Brixton through Eden Harper and Vanesa was quick to respond, flexible with my requests and very personable - not treating you like a number and that you have to beg for assistance as others are doing right now due to the high demand. She was keen to meet me halfway and be able to deliver a good experience for both me and their client. I would recommend renting through them.
