View AgentsCouldn't be more helpful or professional !
I have been using Eden Harper for rental property management since 2012 and Richard and his team couldn't have been more helpful during this time. Any queries, problems or issues I have ever had, or the tenant has ever had, with the property are dealt with promptly, efficiently and always in a very friendly and professional manner. They make the whole property rental process very easy, both from my perspective as a landlord but also for the tenants that rent the properties on their books, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Harper to a Landlord thinking of renting their property out, or to a tenant considering renting properties through them. They are a great team, and I look forward to continuing working with them well into the future.

View AgentsEden Harper have looked after my flat for 12 years.
I have a 2 bedroom flat in Battersea which Eden Harper have taken care of for 12 years now. They have provided a complete service from finding reliable, hassle free tenants, collecting the rent (and paying me on time!) and managing any maintenance challenges that inevitably arise. For 12 years Eden Harper have made sure that I have never had to do a thing and can get on with my life without worrying about my investment. Phiip Young

View AgentsBest Estate Agents I've ever used
Rented my flat out within a month and chose tenants which I felt safe with rather than just any tenants who had the money. Kris was especially helpful with the whole process from start to finish and we felt she really wanted the best for us and the tenants! Thank You Eden Harper! Victoria

I love this agent. They really get to know you on a personal level and go out of their way to support and advise you. I have been with them for at least 10 years. They really know the market and do all possible to get the right tenants for you. Also their rates are very competitive! They have a great team, Richard, Emma and Kristina! View AgentsUnprofessional, slow and super unreliable
It took weeks for them to draw up a contract and when we signed and everything was good to go a week before we move in, they tell us the current tenant will not be able to move out leaving us a week to find a place. They didn’t even offer to compensate, we had to ask them to return our deposit as they have inconvenienced us and they don’t seem to care much about their customers either.
Agent replied · 4 December 2017
We were very sorry this didn't work out but as you know we informed you as soon there was absolutely nothing we could have done about it and we informed you as soon as we knew..We returned your deposit immediately so you suffered no cost,. Richard

Richard and Jason are a pleasure to deal with, found tenants for our flat in a short space of time and avoided any vacant period. Went beyond the call of duty to get the flat ready for the new tenant.

View AgentsExcellent estate agent
I've been with this agent for about 10 years now and they always do a great job. Very personal, switched on. I'm under full management and the service people they send round are pretty well always very good plus reasonable. We have 2 other properties in different areas of London rented out and the estate agents for those properties cannot compare to Eden Harper. They're really excellent!
