I've rented a property though EH and they have always been very helpful since the day I moved in. All maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were always very quick at responding - in particular, Vicki was outstanding. I do recommend them as an agency to rent from.

We used Eden Harper to find a flat to rent in Brixton. We found them an excellent letting agency to use. They were flexible (gave us a viewing at our convenience on a Saturday), had great flats to view and were very knowledgable and honest. When we eventually decided on a flat, they helped us through every step, were transparent and very quick at replying. Overall, it was a very seamless experience. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The title of this review is particularly relevant to our letting negotiator in the Brixton branch - Vanesa - who was all those things and more, and simply an utter delight with whom to deal. She was superb! We were due to move in to a flat mid-February, renting of which we had arranged 2 months prior - when very irresponsible estate agents notified us 2 days before move in date that the current tenants (whom we were not told were still in the property) refused to move out. We were left to scram around and call estate agents / go to viewings across South London in one day, which was exhausting. Thankfully, we found a lovely property advertised by Eden Harper, and dealing with Vanesa / them was easy from the start. Both my partner and I liked Vanesa the moment we shook hands - an honest, human. warm and straightforward letting agent is all we needed. We explained the situation, put down a holding deposit, and Vanesa (without overpromising!) made it happen for us to get the flat. We will be eternally grateful! Eden Harper have a fantastic employee and human being in their ranks, which we hope they realise and hold on to tight! Thank you to Vanesa! A&T

I had a pleasure working with Eden Harper when I was looking for a flat back in 2012 / 2013. The property was managed without any issues and I cannot really complain about lack of communication. I've never ever had any problems with them and everyone at Eden Harper was very kind and helpful. I can recommend this agent to anyone who is looking for a place to live in London.
