GoogleThe team at Eden Harper were incredibly helpful throughout the letting process. Tyra was the letting negotiator for the property I had inquired about and she was immensely helpful. She was very attentive throughout the process, and her communication was always super clear. Overall a pleasure to work with - thanks Tyra & the team.

GoogleLack of communication - no effort was made to confirm cancellation of viewing (failed emails, and no call), and we were told our viewing was the first viewing taking place at the property, only to later find out it had been available to view the previous day. We would have been very happy to view it then and made clear we would like to see it as soon as possible.
Dear Izzy, I'm sorry to see your 1 star review, I understand you were pipped to a highly sought after property by another applicant, unfortunately that can happen. We're very happy to continue to consider you for other ones though, hope we can provide you with an alternative asap.

GoogleI’ve had a great experience renting out my flat with Eden Harper. Highly recommended! The information provided about the lettings process was detailed and most importantly transparent. They came across as incredibly friendly and honest. I immediately felt confident using their services and the process proved to be well managed with excellent communication at every stage. They just took care of everything in a very smooth professional manner leaving me able to focus my attention on other things. GoogleThe staff from Eden Harper Brixton has been very helpful and informative. I’ve been helped by Vanesa and Richard. They have been a great contact and mediatory point with the landlord, and the process to get my new place has been smooth. It took 3 weeks from the moment I saw the place to the moment I signed the tenancy agreement. I’m more than happy and grateful. Highly recommended.

GoogleAs per most of the people leaving in London, I have gone through a few house hunting. I m positively surprised about edenhrper! The agent contacted me with the correct places to visit, waisting no one time with proposing viewing that we're not complying with our criteria just for the sake of it. Once found the place, Vanesa helped us during the whole process. We are, please with the house. GoogleNot the best agency i have ever used but definately not the worst. Staff are friendly and have good intentions. Had a couple of hiccups with the transition between liaising with agent and later the landlord..it could have been smoother. Overall, I would return to the agency for help in the future
