GoogleI had a great experience with Kimberly and everyone at the agency when I was looking to rent. In a competitive market when other agents were trying to push me to offer more money or sign for longer than I felt comfortable to, I felt that Kimberly was on my side. She didn’t put any pressure and as soon as I said I was interested, she sent me the paperwork and took the flat off the market without playing games! The only complaint I had was that they didn’t tell me the flat had pay-as-you-go gas which wasn’t something that occurred to me to ask during the viewing as it’s quite rare. When I complained, they said they didn’t know but that’s exactly the type of information agents should have about the flats they are advertising. Still though, the pros were more than the cons in my experience with them.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Eden Harper, Hanzala was very helpful with the viewings and also kept great communication with the other parties in the chain to make sure the purchase stayed on track.

Googlethis estate agent is how you do it. they have been my property managers for 7+ years now. and they are SUPERB. incredibly reasonable in fees, but more than that - yup - more than that! i have never had one problem. not one. if theres ever been anything that comes up, they reach out, let me know how they're solving it, then solve it. i will never leave them and am eternally grateful that in a sea of foxtons these absolute champs exist. thank you eden harper xoxo
