Dear Ada, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review but it appears you have never rented a property though us. We had two tenants with that surname, one moved out in 2014 and the other one still lives in the flat. I would appreciate if you could kindly remove this review. If I am wrong, could you please contact the office and ask for Liz? I would like to know what happened and if we did something wrong, to make sure it does not happen again. Thank you.

Google**If you're thinking about renting your house using Eden Harper be wary** They were uncontactable during the Christmas / NYs period and there was a flooding event in the letted property. They had the only set of keys so a locksmith had to called in at significant expensive to replace the locks! **EDIT** in response to the below reply by the company. Dear Eden Harper, Thank you for your reply. The out of hours company you mention did not have a set of keys either, hence a significant expense to the landlord for the locks to be unnecessarily changed. And as you’ve astutely note, it is not a coincidence that this review comes when my deposit was deducted. We cleaned the property to a high standard but your company was not satisfied (e.g. oven not clean enough). We asked your company what we could clean to bring it up to standard. Your company did not provide any answer/ability for us to address your concerns. Instead, you charged us a full professional clean. In what can only be described as a comedy of errors by your company, you miscalculated the professional cleaning fee (undercharging the tenant) and hence the landlord was again, out of pocket from your errors. Bravo !

Dear Dale, I am sorry you felt the need to write a bad review considering it was nearly two months after the event. It is coincidental your review arrived on the same day money was deducted from your deposit for leaving the property in a need of clean. It is unfortunate the property next door suffered from a burst mains pipe but as you well know, the flat you were in was not flooded. Like other companies we are closed for most of the time over the Christmas period but we have an out-of-hours emergency company who can assist when the office is closed. You were given their details at the start of your tenancy. Once again, I am sorry you felt the need to write a bad review but we are wishing you well for the future.

GoogleIf you’re considering renting from this agency, think twice. My experience has been nothing but frustrating. First of all, Siobhan, who supposedly handles contracts, doesn’t seem to know how to read one properly. Despite there being no written obligation, she insisted I had to keep paying rent even after leaving if I don’t find a replacement. completely misleading and unprofessional. So please Siobhan learn how to read a contract. Yes, the contract was a joint contract, but you’ve been so unprofessional by actually not showing me the clause mentioning that I need to pay. Thanks god then Emma was loop in the email and mentioned that there was no need to pay. Then there’s the issue of mold, which I reported multiple times. Their only “solution”? Telling me to use bleach. No real maintenance, no actual fix, just a lazy, dismissive response while the issue persisted. At least to me they answer, even if in a lazy way. My flatmate reported her health issues and guess what ? No response at all. And let’s not forget the broken carpet on the stairs, which has been a hazard since September. Months have passed, and still, nothing has been done. Clearly, tenant safety and basic upkeep are not a priority for them. Overall, this agency is completely unreliable

GoogleReview of the Real Estate Agency Unfortunately, our experience with this real estate agency was extremely disappointing. The managers, Anna and Kimberley, were well aware of our situation even before we placed the reservation. They knew that we could pay six months of rent upfront along with the deposit and that we did not have guarantors. Despite this, they agreed to take on our case, promising to help. However, during the process, the agency’s requirements became increasingly demanding. In the end, we were asked to either pay a full year’s rent upfront or provide guarantors, which was initially impossible for us. The result was that we had to withdraw from the rental agreement and lost the reservation deposit we had already paid. It gave the impression that the agency understood from the beginning that they wouldn’t be able to assist us but proceeded with the deal anyway, leading to unnecessary expenses and disappointment. We do not recommend this agency.
