GoogleDonald Ross really does take the stress out of selling your home. We dealt with Callum from the initial valuation of our house to accepting an offer. All of the team were friendly and very helpful over the phone and Callum kept me informed every step of the way. We went on to market easily and quickly and within 7 days our property had sold. GoogleWonderful service from all staff at Donald Ross. 30+ viewers which DR took care of and house was sold in 8 days at closing for a fabulous price. Communication was great from start to finish and staff very friendly and polite. A relatively stress free experience. Can’t recommend enough.

GooglePut in an application for a tenancy. First call, estate agent was friendly, engaging, was answering all my questions that i had. Put in the formal application to the landlord, was told i’d kept be in the loop with any updates either by phoning or email. Couple days went by, heard nothing. I phoned up and asked if there was any update, nothing. Landlord still making a decision. Phoned up the week later, again. nothing. Landlord still making decision on who to take as their tenants, which is fair enough, if they have lots of applications. Estate Agent assured me that they would keep myself informed of any progress. Couple days went by and I checked rightmove, lo and behold. Property has had rent agreed. Normally, i would say fair enough, landlord has chosen someone who they think will be best suited. What is, annoying though, is the estate agent promising me specifically that they would keep me informed of any updates, even if landlord rejected my application. Will not be using their service again.

GoogleEmailed about a viewing for a property. They got back to me to say sellers were doing their own viewing . No one got back to me so I emailed again . I then called them to get told it was only weekend viewings and that was it . I said that I work weekends and said that's when viewings were . What has happened to people selling houses arranging viewing when suits buyer
