Right from the initial visit when Fraser came to do the evaluation, we were put at ease with the prospect of securing a sale. He was very informative and reassuring and his evaluation was spot on with the home report Phil the photographer did a great job of showcasing our property Naomi, Helen and Lauren were quick off the mark to secure us with lots of viewings and Will carried out the viewings over three days, taking the strain off of us doing it ourselves Maureen gave very good advice to going to a closing date which resulted in us receiving several offers after the property only being on the market for 11 days. Thanks to the whole team for making it possible with minimum stress on our part.

GoogleA very professional business. From our initial contact through to the conclusion of the sale communication was faultless. Presentation is everything and the pictures were stunning as was the brochure. On the first day, the second viewer made an offer that we were happy with and the missives were completed about seven weeks later. Pretty good going! In conclusion, Donald Ross do what they promise to do, unusual in my experience. Recommended without hesitation.

GoogleI worked with Melvin, Matthew, Ricky, and the team for 12 months since 2022, when we sold our house. What was an incredibly frustrating year was made better by the aforementioned staff members, whom were proactive and professional and assisted us every step of the way? Without them, we wouldn't have gotten into the property before the deadline. Would definitely recommend.
