GoogleHighly recommended the Bond Chelmsford team, they helped me navigate a complex and challenging sale through to the end. They showed patience, tenacity and a high level of professionalism throughout.

GoogleI’ve not had amazing experiences with estate agents before, however Bond has changed my mind again :-). I sold my house through them this year and they were absolutely amazing. The guys kept on top of everything, liaising with all parties and making sure everything kept on track. They were easy to get hold of, extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way - which was brilliant. The best thing is that every single person at Bond is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I really can’t thank all the guys at Bond enough, I won’t be using any other estate agents again!
Hi Laura, Many thanks for you very kind comments and an amazing review. We firmly believe that we are not the same as all agents so to receive feedback like this from our clients confirming it makes all the hard work worthwhile. We look forward to helping you again whenever the time comes. Kind Regards Steve, Graham, Lee and the Bond team

TrustpilotQuick sales !
The communication from Donald Ross regarding potential Buyers and ongoing support was excellent. We managed to conclude the buying of our new house and the sale of our own house in 2 weeks, subject of course to concluding Missives !

TrustpilotGood service
Helpful, professional and friendly staff. From my initial contact to put the house on the market, it was live within a week. The professional photographer did an excellent job representing the house accurately. I was advised in advance when viewings were arranged. All in all a very good service.

TrustpilotDonald Ross Residential Ayr
Donald Ross Residential had already sold our house and our experience in dealing with all members of the team was superb.(please see previous review selling our property) Therefore, we found buying a property being sold by Donald Ross Residential quite straightforward as all our details were on file. I found Maureen & Will very helpful when I rang to ask questions about property and we were also able to view property again once missives were concluded accompanied by Kirsty.

TrustpilotI found working with Donald Ross Ayr a good experience
I found working with Donald Ross Ayr to sell my property to be a straight forward process. The staff were friendly and helpful and once I accepted an offer the staff explained the next steps until completion really well. The only negative aspect was not being informed that if Donald Ross were to do the viewings there would be a £20.00 charge per viewing I think that this should be explained up front so that the seller knows all the costs before choosing an agent.
