We offered a price for a 3 bed flat they accepted and told us we had it subject to our lawyer getting in touch with them they didn’t even give us 16 hours over night and they came back and said they had received a better offer we feel this company used us to push someone else to go higher and feel that is bad practice by them, offer accepted at 4.30 one day and they didn’t even give us a chance to get the lawyer to call them as next day they cancelled ours and went with someone else Not a good estate agents in my view when you accept an offer then you must allow a short time to get your lawyer to do there job it was a cash deal no chain money in the bank we sent them our bank details proof of ID and our lawyers details then they dropped us feel it was a fix to get some poor guy to pay more money

GoogleOutstanding customer service throughout the full transaction. Callum Gott came to view my property and talked me through all the stages involved in putting my house on the market. The pictures of my house were amazing, the drone footage and also the full description! Due to all of this and their advertising tactics I believe this is why I received an incredible amount of interest in my property and also achieved well over home report. I can’t thank the full team enough for their efforts in getting me an amazing price for my property and also having it sold in less than 3 days of going live on their website & Rightmove. Special thanks to Callum who was always there to answer my calls and kept me up to date with absolutely everything including viewings and the feedback from them. Thanks again Donald Ross!

What a fabulous team and such excellent teamwork and professionalism. From the first contact with Fraser and a decision on a Friday morning to go with Donald Ross, the team swung in to action immediately. The homebuyer report was booked, the photographer was booked, a solicitor was recommended and we were on the market a week later. I left the keys and left the viewings to Callum. . I was informed of every viewing and the feedback from those viewings. In less than three weeks we accepted a very good offer. Maureen talked me through the offer and kept me informed of the process to completion. A few weeks later the contact was signed. Thank you to everyone involved.

From organising the photographer, the brochure, the Home Report, arranging viewings, showing prospective buyers round, it was all seamless. I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleAwful estate agents. Blatant lies from a deeply unprofessional office. I had to threaten legal action for them to stop their demands and insults. Money grabbing to say the least. Recommend you don't go anywhere near this bunch.

GoogleWithout a doubt one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with. A catalogue of basic errors coupled with a complete inability to sell a house outside Ayrshire and the audacity to charge an exit fee despite this inability. If you want to sell your house, avoid.
