GoogleWe recently sold our property with Donald Ross. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from start to finish. Callum Gott came out to value our property and provided in depth knowledge surrounding the process and the current market value around our area. He was very pleasant and friendly and was always available via email or telephone. The sales process was made so simple and we were kept up to date every step of the way, our house sold within a week above home report value. Callum also offered advice on our onward purchase leading to a successful offer at closing. Thank you so much again to everyone within the Kilmarnock office would highly recommend Donald Ross.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Donald Ross within a week of it hitting the market. I felt I had to write this review to give credit to a very professional hard-working team within the Kilmarnock branch. From the first meeting to the last they have been exceptional. They are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions you have and support you throughout your full journey providing expert advice. Im so glad we chose to go with Donald Ross they have been first class (the media team and photographers are also amazing in showcasing your home). You wont be disappointed!! Barry G

GoogleSeamless and professional experience from the beginning of the process with Fraser’s valuation of our property to the fantastic contact that the negotiators kept in touch relating ti viewings and updating after the viewings and thereafter arranging a closing and discussing offers received. We could not recommend Donald Ross highly enough to sell your property to achieve the best piece.

GoogleI found the whole experience lacking in every respect - very poor communication - on one occasion travelled some 450 miles to discuss in person the sale of the property only to be kept standing in reception to discuss for probably no more than five minutes if that - Three months agency resulted in one viewing - Very quick to charge cancellation fee even before expiry of Agency Agreement - need I say more!
