the experience of selling our home was exceptional due to the professionalism of donald ross staff, particularly naomi witchard who guided us through the entire process and as our main point of contact was always receptive and able to deal with any issues or points of clarification that we had. we would highly recommend anyone using donald ross for property transactions.

Trustpilot6 months later no sale..
This is an update to my previous review which they ask you to complete when things are going well. 6 months after putting our house on the market and 2 collapsed sales we are no further forward. We already paid £800 for HR and photos. If we want to stop selling house with them we have to pay them £600. I think at this point in time they should accept that they have not delivered. Think carefully about signing up with them.

GoogleOutstanding customer service throughout the full transaction. Callum Gott came to view my property and talked me through all the stages involved in putting my house on the market. The pictures of my house were amazing, the drone footage and also the full description! Due to all of this and their advertising tactics I believe this is why I received an incredible amount of interest in my property and also achieved well over home report. I can’t thank the full team enough for their efforts in getting me an amazing price for my property and also having it sold in less than 3 days of going live on their website & Rightmove. Special thanks to Callum who was always there to answer my calls and kept me up to date with absolutely everything including viewings and the feedback from them. Thanks again Donald Ross!
