GoogleDonald Ross have been fantastic from the beginning of being in contact with Callum coming to my home and explaining how everything will work, valuation, photographs and home report. This was a very emotional time for me but he was extremely understanding of my situation especially having to deal with things from another country. Naomi was also great with the marketing of my property and also kept in touch regularly with updates and giving advice on what she thought my next steps should be. I am very happy with how things have turned out and would highly recommend them.

Tracey Oakley was extremely knowledgeable with the process of selling.
As it was my parent home I was selling I found it extremely emotional but Tracey showed me empathy throughout.
Within a day of the house being on the market I had 3 viewers which Tracey kindly showed them around.
Within a week the house was sold.
From start to finish it took around 6 weeks with no hitches at all.
I definitely chose the right estate agency.

I have phoned the office today to highlight our concerns. A pattern of not contacting the tenant - who were happy to liaise with the agent - and the final irritation of a booked appointment at the premises was not undertaken by Donald Ross Residential. This was an inconvenience for the tenant and failing to contact in this case was a poor show.
The contact with the reception staff was generally a welcoming and good experience, but the failure to communicate effectively and undertake the task at hand means a OneStar review is appropriate.
