GoogleWe recently sold our property through Dacre, Son & Hartley and Alison at the Pateley Branch was incredibly helpful and diligent. It is not the first time we have dealt with Dacre, Son & Hartley and Alison and we chose to go with them again because they made the whole process as easy and quick as possible. We would happily recommend this estate agent to family and friends.

GoogleBest estate agent there is!! Amazing service from day 1 until completion day. We sold our house with Dacre, Son and Hartley. We had a lot of interest and an offer within a few weeks of listing. Alison then helped us find our dream home. She listened to our needs and was always on the end of the phone willing to help in anyway she could with either queries, problems, chasing and just updates to reassure. The house we purchased was also listed with Dacre son and Hartley and is absolutely perfect. I woupd highly recommend for either a purchase or sale. We had other local estate agents offering to sell our house for cheaper. Them estate agents still have houses on the market for 6 months +. If you want a proper job doing, I recommend Dacres

From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic, her communication was always clear and reassuring, and she never left us in the dark. What really stood out was how dedicated she was to finding the information we needed, often going above and beyond to get answers quickly. It genuinely felt like she cared about us and our situation, and having her support made a stressful process so much easier given how much of a nightmare our chain was. GoogleWe bought our current property through Dacres Baildon branch. Kelly dealt with our purchase and we couldn't have asked for a more attentive professional to help us through the process. A while later, Jonathan came round to do us a valuation to help us decide on our next steps and again was very helpful and gave us some great advise. We would highly recommend them and we would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleIf you're looking to sell your home, I can highly recommend the Dacres team in Baildon. Kelly swiftly assisted with selling our much loved family home within 4 weeks of it being advertised. The pictures Omar took were outstanding and the customer service and care from the whole team was superb. From advertising with Dacres to being in our new property took a fantastic 5 months. GoogleAbsolutely blown away with your amazing service. Seamless from start to finish. I did review the other local estate agents but very impressed with Dacres. My house went on the market two weeks before Christmas and I accepted an offer first week in January. All the home visits well managed and then the next stages were smooth! We all know it’s stressful anyway but truly with Dacres it wasn’t. ‘’All’ the Baildon team were fantastic but extra thanks go out to Jonathan and the amazing Kelly, always super professional and kept me informed every step of this journey in selling my house.
