GoogleDo not use their sales services. My house was on the market for months on end, they reduced the price drastically and still not a single viewing. After three months, the house was rented out by the lettings team in Dacre, son and Hartley and the sales team, Emma, branch manager at north Leeds is trying her best efforts to charge me a withdrawal fee even though a member of Dacre, Son and Hartley lettings has signed a lettings contract for the same property. Ridiculous!
