GoogleWe can't thank the team at Countrywide enough for all their help and support throughout our sale. After having a really poor experience with another estate agency and then having an offer fall through, we were feeling quite stressed and unsure about the whole process and whether to even sell. From the very first meeting with Molly, who came out to our house, we felt much more positive and reassured. Nicole was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome. Claire was also lovely to deal with and always helpful whenever we spoke with her. What stood out most was how approachable, supportive, and professional the whole team were. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but they made the process so much easier and gave us confidence when we needed it most. GoogleJulie and her team at Countrywide, Kirkintilloch, were excellent from start to finish. In February 2026, I spoke with Robyn at Countrywide, Kirkintilloch, to make enquiries about selling my flat. After my initial conversation, I was put in touch with Ryan who came out to my flat and made the initial assessment, supplied me with all the details I needed to know about the sale, and arranged for the Home Report and flat to be photographed. Ryan was excellent in everything he did to achieve this. Once the flat was advertised for sale, it was Lesley who was my main point of contact. I can't thank Lesley enough for the professionalism and dedication she applied to her role in assisting me with getting viewers through the door. I was kept fully informed right the way through the whole process, which resulted in an amazing amount of viewers, and ultimately, a high number of offers for my flat. I felt fully supported through the whole end to end process, right up until my flat was sold, particularly by the hard work by Lesley. I can't thank Lesley, Robyn and Ryan enough for all their dedication. Furthermore, I couldn't recommend Countrywide, Kirkintilloch enough for their total commitment and professionalism to achieving my flat being sold within a short space of time.
