GoogleThis review is from June 2019. We had an appointment with Mr Ross Mortgage advisor. Very patronising to us and rude. We were applying for a shared equity house and he basically said got another people in front us and we will not get a house. The short of this we ended up moving to another mortgage advisor from another firm. We felt made to feel small.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleExcellent service and good value for money from Countrywide Shawlands. Rachel and Katie recently managed the sale of our property and showed themselves to have a great understanding of the local market. They were very helpful and friendly throughout and made the process very straight forward keeping us informed every step of the way which was so important to us as we aren’t resident in Scotland. We would highly recommend Countrywide Shawlands if you are thinking of selling a property in the Southside of Glasgow.

GoogleService started off brilliant but has severely dipped. Setting up tenant was excellent - advertised at a higher value than I expected, I had an agreed tenancy within the week and the tenant moved in two weeks later. Contracted works were done fast with the decorator attending on one days notice. Unfortunately, there has now been numerous issues, leaving me on the borderline of leaving. I have had to attend the agents twice to understand why money has come from my bill as no prior notice was given, the works just done, money taken and the invoice not clear.

GoogleFantastic, friendly service and very professional from start to finish. Starting with Rachel for the valuation to Graeme and Katie getting it ready to go on the market to Alice who conducted the viewing and dealt with offer; all were 1st class. Having not sold a property before there was no issue asking questions and getting advice. They might not be the cheapeat but they are very reasonable and you get a great service id rather the service quality than just the cheapest option.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHonestly can not thank the team enough at the Airdrie countrywide branch especially Amy and carman they have been amazing with us and sold our home very quickly always kept us up to date with viewers and there comments i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy I have used other estate agents before to sell previous property’s which has been hard work to say the least finding the best people sell your home is essential but you’ll be in safe hands with this team at countrywide Thank yous all so much you have all done an amazing job keep up the great work

GoogleCould not talk highly enough of the Airdrie branch, not only were they confident in selling my house, they supported me through the whole sale from start to finish. Carman has stepped up as a middle person between solicitors and kept me informed throughout the whole thing, they all tried their best to make it as stress free as possible which was not easy given my solicitor was not the easiest person to deal with. can’t thank Carman and her team enough :)

GoogleI can't recommend Countrywide (Airdrie) highly enough from the beginning I was provided with a 1st class service. Always available, friendly, professional, and clearly miles ahead of the competition. Brian, Carmen and the team worked tirelessly to sell our property during the Covid-19 crisis. Overall I am very impressed with the service that I received.
