I gave them a call and spoke to Michael who was very kind, and really helpful. He made up the view appointment for us, straight on the next day, and showed the property to us. Thereafter, he was also very helpful to manage to set up all the paperwork, and to get trough the procedure without any inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this agency to whoever want to find a good place and Michael as the person, who provides a help to you, from the first visit of the property, until the day of the key collection and maybe even after.

Most agents in Ruislip I wouldnt give the time of day too as they are lazy and not very proactive. Coopers however were not, they called me to inform me of their new instructions rather than some 'agents' who I had to stumble on their instructions via Rightmove.
