I am a very happy vendor and former landlord. I rented out my property in West Drayton for 4 years and have just sold it, using Coopers to both manage the tenancy and then sell it. Rico in particular has been instrumental in taking a lot of the stress away from me by being very proactive during the sale transaction. He often contacted the purchasers or their solicitors for updates which meant I didn’t have to ask my solicitor to do it. He was always polite, friendly and professional whilst also “being human” and understanding how a sale can be stressful. Seemed to often work late and wouldn’t leave the office until he had replied to his emails etc. Always kept me informed of any developments or even if there weren’t any he would tell me so I wasn’t left wondering what, if anything, was going on. Can’t recommend enough really. Also have to say that Callum stepped in whilst Rico was on holiday and was just as excellent as his colleague.

Truly professional and reliable estate agency. I have been dealing with Coopers West Drayton Branch for over 2 years and their service has been excellent. The branch manager (David) is extremely professional and has ensured that the service being provided is top quality. However, I would like to especially thank Callum Keane who managed the sale of my property. He is a true star. He maintained his composure throughout the process (both ups and downs) and proactively updated us on every significant stage. He also helped us a number of times (as we don't live close to the property) with meter readings, ensuring there were no issues with the property etc - which he really didn't need to do. He was also very methodical in his approach and ensured he communicated to us every time. I never once had to follow up with anything - and that says a lot. Honest and hard working estate agents! I have primarily been dealing with both Rico and Callum who have always gone above and beyond. Although we are new to the town they always spent time on viewings to explain in more detail the surrounding area and answer any questions that we had. Me and my partner was looking for a lovely studio flat to move within Uxbridge area, and we find some options from Coopers Lettings agency Uxbridge. I gave them a call and spoke to Michael who was very kind, and really helpful. He made up the view appointment for us, straight on the next day, and showed the property to us.
