GoogleI work in an estate agents out of the area and chose Coopers to help sell my Grandma's home. I know what makes a Estate Agents great and Coopers did not disappoint. They recognised from day one my Grandma needed support and assistance throughout the process and a personal approach to her was necessary as she had not moved house in over 30 years. They took the time to involve her, ensure she was happy every step of the way and went above and beyond in giving her reassurance and support when pressure was applied by other people in the chain. They helped with sales progression and the work done here kept the chain from collapsing and eased the pressure on my Grandma. This in itself is what you pay for with an agent that you do not get with online agents. Without this support, expertise and the skills at acting as a go between with all parties the chain would not have completed. If you want a Agent who will not only get you home sold but give you the time and support to listen to your concerns but also to help resolve them then Coopers should be your first choice above all else.

Dan and his team were easily reachable and answered all our questions promptly. Our transaction couldn’t have gone any smoother. GoogleWe cannot recommend Dominic and his team enough! Of all the estate agents in the area Coopers provide an exceptional service for both the vendors and the buyers -we bought from them prior to selling a few years ago. They are a genuine, honest and trustworthy team who are very accommodating and always keep up to speed with everything, unlike other estate agents who only care about signing on the dotted line. I would not hesitate to buy or sell with Coopers again.

GoogleDaniel handled our purchase and always knew who I was when I rang, knew the property I was buying and the current state of play. His communication and negotiation to get the deal done was brilliant. On the odd occasion when he was on holiday or out of office, his colleage Tom would take over responsibility, would know what to do and would carry things forwards. Briliant teamwork, excellent data passing within the office. Guess they have a really good IT team to help behind the scenes. Feels like a team you can trust.

GoogleReally impressed with Coopers in their role in selling a home in Ruislip which we subsequently purchased. We primarily dealt with an agent called Tom Street who was very professional and pro active in his dealing with us. He also always followed through with phone calls and emails which was really important to us. Would definitely use Coopers again and would definitely recommend Tom.
