I have just bought a flat from Coopers and from the first viewing with Callum, I knew this was the one I wanted. Callum was great showing me around and answering all the questions I had with good knowledge. Soon after we made an offer, Rico took over and has been amazing ever since, he was also happy to give us a second viewing. He is helpful, professional, responsive and I could always call him if I needed anything. Towards the last few days he was amazing updating me and letting me know if there was any problems as soon as he could. 100% recommend Coopers! I had an amazing experience using them to buy my first property - not only was the process as smooth as can be, communication from the very beginning was excellent. Rico was extremely informative, answered my million and one questions, was always at the other end of the phone whenever I needed anything and throughout from initial viewings to getting information about next steps to completing he was really professional, easy to get on with and overall a genuinely lovely person! Callum and Ryan were a great support during the viewings and again answered the never ending questions I had. Being a first time buyer I was slightly apprehensive about the process however the team at Coopers really made me feel at ease!

From the first viewing he was extremely informative and from then on great at communicating with me throughout. Being new to the process Rico was patient with answering all my questions and made me feel at ease especially when any issues arose along the way. Can't recommend Coopers enough! Callum has been our main point of contact and he's been a so nice and professional. As first time buyer we had a significant amount of trouble during the process but he was always there to help. We must have visited the property a 1000 times after making the offer and it was never a problem. Rico also helped with the exchange and was really nice to deal with too. In what was a very stressful purchase, Coopers and specifically Rico became a very valuable point of contact. Rico was helpful and I believe went above and beyond his duties to ensure a very complicated purchase went through as well as it could have been. He was there throughout, was dependable and would always be available to contact - and for the one week he was off, his colleagues stepped in beautifully. He maintained professionalism throughout and whilst his clients were the sellers, I felt he would act in the best interests of both parties.
