Always quick to respond to emails, never failed to return my calls and kept on top of all parties during the process. Couldn’t have hoped for a better person to take care of the sale.
Coopers as a whole are fantastic. I’ve had dealings with several local estate agents in recent years and Coopers are by far the best! GoogleSelling a property can be quite a stressful experience however Coopers Residential in Ruislip Manor consistently worked hard to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. The got us the offer we wanted on our property within 2 weeks of putting our property on the market. That alone was impressive but my 5 star feeling about Coopers came after this point when one of their senior sale consultants, Luca Beltrami, went out of his way to stay on top of the buyers to make sure all their finances and paperwork were in order. Luca ended up being far more helpful than the buyers solicitor and I am not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. So if you are in the Ruislip Manor area and are trying to find an estate agent to sell or buy a property from I would highly recommend using Coopers Residential and ask for Luca Beltrami specifically to help you out and you won't be disappointed.
