GoogleWe were extremely happy with the sales consultant from Coopers based at Ruislip Manor. The sales consultant was professional and courteous. There was no pressure on us at all to make a decision there and then, we were given time to think it through. We would highly recommend.

GoogleI have only been a client of Coopers Residential - Ruislip Manor for a year but in this past year I have found the service offered to me, and in particular my liaison with Ryan Coleman, to be exemplary. This from the person who swore she would never be a landlady! Life circumstances for me however meant this had to become an option and what started out as dread has turned out to be quite the opposite. Every step of the way, starting from registering my property with Coopers to finding a tennant to keeping me in the loop with everything to do with the tenancy has given me great confidence with the whole process. Ryan in particular has been a true professional and brilliant and prompt at communicating and sorting everything. I would highly recommend Coopers, and Ryan, with all things related to letting out your property. I have not been let down and am actually enjoying the experience of my first let. Thank you!

He never let the ball drop and I could very much leave proceedings in his more than capable hands. GoogleAmazing experience with these guys selling my house. I got a few offers after the first set of viewings. Luca kept me updated about everything during the process and made sure the sale is completed as quickly as possible, keeping an eye on the progress and chasing solicitors when needed. I can definitely recommend Coopers, I first rented and then sold my house through them and can say they are awesome!

GoogleSelling a property can be quite a stressful experience however Coopers Residential in Ruislip Manor consistently worked hard to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. The got us the offer we wanted on our property within 2 weeks of putting our property on the market. That alone was impressive but my 5 star feeling about Coopers came after this point when one of their senior sale consultants, Luca Beltrami, went out of his way to stay on top of the buyers to make sure all their finances and paperwork were in order. Luca ended up being far more helpful than the buyers solicitor and I am not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. So if you are in the Ruislip Manor area and are trying to find an estate agent to sell or buy a property from I would highly recommend using Coopers Residential and ask for Luca Beltrami specifically to help you out and you won't be disappointed.

As a first time buyer he made sure to explain the process and made my experience of buying a house easy and stress free. My currently tenancy agreement was ending and would have forced me to become homeless if the property was not completed on time, Luca went above and beyond to make sure that the property was completed before the end of my tenancy agreement. If any one gets a chance to buy a house or sell your home with Coopers ask for Luca.
