I have rated the experience as 4*, as some of the early feedback from the buyer's solicitor and mortgage provider during the sales process, that was passed on in good faith by Coopers, subsequently proved to be inaccurate; which caused unnecessary stress as the timeline extended. I'm absolutely delighted with the service I've received from Coopers. From the very start, they've been really friendly and equally efficient and have kept me fully informed throughout the whole sales process. I've been particularly impressed with how proactive they've been. It's a difficult market right now and, not surprisingly, we lost two buyers before proceeding successfully with the third. Even when we had apparently sold the house, Coopers stored full details of every enquiry for our house.
