GoogleShivani dealt with us all throughout the viewings, she was extremely helpful and patient. Me and partner work full time so it’s difficult to communicate during work hours but she was so quick to answer phones and emails and she was very understanding. In general, Coopers Pinner staff are helpful and professional.

The process was a quick one (within a week) in securing a desired property even after an initial failed attempt. Coopers has really been helpful througout this journey and making sure we were able to move in to the property in time. I therefore recommend Coopers Residential if you need to rent a property urgently.

She was readily available to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. GoogleI dropped unannounced into the Uxbridge branch and met with Lily Kavanagh. We needed to find a place to rent in the Uxbridge area, at short notice, as we were moving back to the UK from the US. Lily was very professional, courteous, and warm, and immediately starting searching her listings to help us. She contacted me daily with possible properties (which were all appropriate and tailored to our stated needs) and also stayed in touch to ensure any changes were updated. We ultimately found a property with a different group (with whom I was already in touch) but Lily was the only other agent (in the whole Hillingdon area) with whom I was happy to work, as she was so diligent and responsive. I would highly recommend her, she is a real asset to Coopers Uxbridge.

GoogleA Big Thankyou to Kayleigh Arnold for her Excellent service during the recent sale of my property, which also involved a lease extension. Kayleigh kept in touch with me regularly. I found her very considerate, diplomatic and tactful when liaising between myself and my buyer. She remained optimistic when we faced those ‘bumps in the roads’ and the occasional ‘road block’ during the proceedings, which certainly helped me. And she couldn’t have been more sympathetic while I was dealing with an immensely stressful family matter, as well as dealing with the demands of both the lease extension and the sale. GoogleCoopers are, by some distance, the most professional estate agent I have dealt with. If anyone in Uxbridge is looking for a hard-working, friendly and proactive team that will get you a good deal and provide excellent, regular updates throughout the process, I would recommend them. Kayleigh offered outstanding service in the initial valuation, avoiding the clichéd and tiresome nonsense that one might associate with estate agents. She was always on the ball and provided excellent updates. Ryan was the consummate professional, offering excellent advice throughout. He was very friendly to deal with and pushed for things to be done when needed in a very impressive fashion. Garry came in at the end of the process and was also exceptionally helpful and professional, offering regular updates and keeping on the case when it came to solicitors etc. I would highly recommend the three of them for the perfect estate agent experience.
