Coopers & in particular Russell have provided us with an excellent service. They are extremely attentive & professional & are always in contact to update us on progress. Perfect experience! Russell has been a pleasure to work with all along the way. Impecable manners, regular updates, everything one needs to have a smooth house move in one place and we did have a long chain but I did not feel any pressure as Russell handled everything really well. We purchased our house via Coopers and got great service and when it came to moving on we spoke a few estate agents but it was Russell at Coopers who provided the best advice. There was no pressure to go with Coopers unlike other estate agents. As it so happened our next purchased just happened to be via Coopers. The team there Russell, Aaron and Amber were easy to contact and always on time when showing our property to potential buyers and gave us feedback quickly. On the purchase Russell was on the ball contacting everyone to ensure all went smoothly. A big thank you you to all. 👍

Responsive when we were moving into our rental property, but incredibly unresponsive when moving out! I didn’t receive a reply for days after our move out date (no communication about our move out before this date either, e.g. about returning keys). Also, the checkout report was completed an entire week after we had moved out so much of it was inaccurate.
