GoogleI lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues. I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them

GoogleWe recently sold our property using the services of Coopers. Throughout the process, HARRY and team were professional and yet ensured a "personal" relationship. Communication was clear and we were kept fully informed of progress every step of the way. Often Harry would call for nothing more than a simple catch-up and check-in to see if there were any questions or concerns. Harry and team provided a 5* service throughout. The only reason for the 4* review is I felt slightly mislead during the initial meeting prior to signing with Coopers. During the meeting the person carrying out the initial consultation indicated that if signing up with Coopers the sale would personally be handled by them. This wasn't the case and they were not seen or heard from again. I would have much preferred an open conversation and would have had no issue had it been indicated that the sale would have been handled by another member of team. I can't help but feel this was just part of a "sales pitch". As mentioned above, Harry provided a 1st class service throughout but I am reviewing the Coopers business as a whole not just one person. Thanks for all the help and guidance Harry.
