From the moment I reached out, she was on a mission to get me sorted, navigating the world of lettings like a real estate ninja. She answered my endless questions without even a hint of an eye-roll (impressive patience), handled paperwork faster than a caffeine-fueled wizard, and somehow made the entire process stress-free, which I didn’t even think was possible! Thanks to Veronica, I now have a fantastic flat and can officially retire from the exhausting sport of house hunting.
