Even though the circumstances were a little challenging, Greg and his team remained calm and were extremely proactive and professional when handling the purchase. From the offset I found Greg to be ‘person centred’ … so important as I’m elderly and on my own. He made the transitional process from putting my property on the market to purchasing another property easier given the shortage of affordable bungalows in my area. I found Greg listened my concerns and he dealt with them diplomatically and reassuringly. I was happy with the way my property was viewed by prospective buyers and because Greg gave a realistic valuation I received offers almost immediately and secured a sale. He looked after my interests, always insuring that my buyer was met and accompanied when they returned for second viewings. Greg liaised with my Solicitor and the Estate Agent of the house I was buying efficiently and ensured Contracts were exchanged in a timely way. Also other members of Coopers Team namely Ben & Alfie were easily contactable, approachable and helpful in his absence.
