GoogleThe lettings department at this agency has been a significant waste of time. On two separate occasions, I've inquired about advertised properties that were ultimately unavailable for viewing. Most phone calls resulted in vague promises of a call back regarding viewings, leaving me wondering why these properties were advertised in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Your party mentioned that you were interested in the property and therefore we sent you offer forms but we never received them back from you. We haven’t received any further enquiries from yourself with regards to other properties. YellVERY POOR SERVICE
A very poor estate agents, Made up lies due to an argument with one of their landlords from over 10 years ago. Made up excuses for me not being able to view a property even though I was told I could still be a tenant of theirs's after this issue again 10 years ago. Unfortunately they can't deal with any criticism and you just get fobbed off. Could just tell me the truth from the beginning and then I'd happily move to another estate agent. I recommend avoiding these unless you want them to waste your time and tell you lies when you enquire about new properties. No other estate agent in the area or anywhere in London tells these sort of lies and waste peoples times.

The initial prompt and helpful meetings with Greg, the ongoing relationship with Ben and all the team in the office who arranged and managed the viewings. Mine was an unusual sale being part of a probate case, and with myself living over 200 miles away. The team kept me informed throughout the long process and kindly checked on the property weekly for me. Ben especially was extremely helpful , posting mail up to me when the redirect failed and chasing down buyers and solicitors to finally get the sale 'over the line'. Sincere thanks to you all !
