GoogleWe've been working with Cluttons and Hannah Wootton in particular for the last four years. We are extremely happy with their support and help with our property. The flat has never been vacant for more than a hand-over period, they have given sane and useful advice on rates, and are always quick to fix issues from our tenants. She is great at managing client’s expectations, setting the process up and regularly communicating what is needed. GoogleCannot rate this Cluttons highly enough! Was so keen on living around Shad Thames but was struggling to rent there as I have a cat (which isn’t allowed on quite a few head leases in this area). Brooke was an absolute super star and found me so many lovely options despite the tight market and then really advocated for me (and my cat!) to help get it over the line. She was so reassuring throughout the process which could have been so much more stressful. Once the deal was signed, Falon took over logistics and was also so helpful, responsive (even over the Christmas period) and friendly. I’m so so grateful to the team and absolutely love my new home. 10/10 would recommend these guys.

GoogleCluttons Tower Bridge helped us to find, negotiate and move into our first rental property in London after relocating from Australia. The whole team were fantastic, efficient and friendly. Brooke Darwood in particular helped us in what could have been a very stressful time, especially as we have no prior rental history in the UK and are not familiar with the UK rental process. Brooke was super friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions immediately. The online procedures in place were easy to follow and meant that we were able to have everything verified and confirmed in super quick time, from first viewing the flat to moving in only took 8 days. Very happy with our experience with Cluttons and Brooke and we highly recommend them.

GoogleA very nice friendly office steered by Verity Chick, with Hugo Webber at the cliff face. Knowledgeable, capable and bright, pleasant to deal with, accessible, and devoted to selling. They answered all my questions, liaised with lawyers and landlords, kept me informed, prepared me for positive and negative outcomes alike. They asked before all viewings and respected my property. The Hyde Park office, now beautifully decorated for Christmas, is a haven of hospitality! Although I withdrew my house from sale (external and internal factors) I would consider using them again and recommend them.

GoogleWe recently completed on the sale of our flat and got great service, as always, from Cluttons and George. They are always so courteous and professional and their comms is second to none. George kept us up to date with even the smallest development throughout the whole process and all queries or issues were dealt with extremely promptly. When our first buyer fell through they were super quick to re-market the property and secure a second buyer. We have bought and sold with them several times over the years (decades?) and never been let down or disappointed. Highly recommended.

Tenants who rent via this agent beware. Cluttons by default put a clause in tenancy agreement which obliges tenant to hire professional deep clean other wise they will deduct cleaning cost from deposit. However, it was obvious that before my move in the property was not professionally cleaned before. Basically they are just putting the burden of cleaning the property on tenant's shoulder. Had to go on TDS and dispute for the cleaning charge.Pay extra attention on tenancy agreement when renting with this agency.
